As with most new home buyers, my wife and I had some issues with some of the construction work on our potential new home. Wanda came and worked with us and even found some things that we completely over looked. Not only did Wanda meet with us, she followed thru and made sure that every issue that we had before closing was resolved. In the past, my wife and I have had some not so good experiences with realtors. Wanda completely changed our opinion. We were able to express our needs as a family and were able to find a home and close in TWO (2) weeks. That does not happen everyday. We were able to convey our dislikes and likes and Wanda took it from there. | My husband and I recently made the decision to sell our house and move to a more appealing school system for our som. We spoke with Wanda Ezekiel and met with her at our home. After the tour of our house, Wanda quickly advised us to remove certain items and to paint certain rooms that were showing the wear and tear of day-to-day living. My husband and I made the necessary improvements then met with Wanda again. We listed our house on Wednesday; Wanda showed it on Saturday; and we had an offer the same day! In less than one week, our house was sold! How amazing is that? I truly believe it is because we listened to the recommendations Wanda made. After the offer, we realized we only had a few weeks to find our new home and make the arrangements to move. Wanda worked day in and day out to help us make that happen! She showed us houses at our convenience and worked around our schedule. she was wonderful and AGAIN made it happen for us. She was an advocate for our family and our best interest!
